Lancang-Mekong Open Education Cooperation
October 12–13, 2023, HE Dr. Rector of the IIC University of Technology attended the regional meeting of the 6th Kunming Forum for South Asia and Southeast Asia Education Cooperation, Lancang-Mekong Open Education Cooperation and Exchange Forum, “Sharing Open Education for Lifelong Ubiquitous Learning” in Kunming city, Yunnan Province, China.
The forum also has a lot of discussion on the topic of “lifelong ubiquitous learning” through online distance learning and e-learning, which is one of the most important ways for the world today, the world in the 21st century, etc. At the same time, HE Dr. Rector also signed multilateral and bilateral cooperation agreements with universities in South and Southeast Asia.
